Everything you need to bring to make the most of every session.

Weather conditions can vary (sometimes dramatically) during camp week, and we train rain or shine, hot or cold.

Bring layered gear and the essentials listed below to stay comfortable, prepared, and ready to get the most out of each session.

SWIM GEAR
  • Wetsuit

  • Towel

  • Sunscreen

  • Goggles (tinted and clear lenses)

  • Swim cap

  • Paddles

  • Buoy

  • Fins

  • Road or tri bike

  • Cycling kit + cycling shoes

  • Rain jacket or shell

  • Helmet

  • Power meter

  • Gloves

  • Larger cassette (25–28) for climbing hills

RUN GEAR
  • Running shoes

  • Visor or hat

  • Run shorts / leggings / compression gear

  • Socks

GENERAL ESSENTIALS
  • Garmin training watch

  • Extra layers (jackets, warmers, dry clothes)

  • Sunglasses
