Ultimate Tri Camp is designed to progressively challenge your body and mind while giving you the tools, coaching, and community support to transform your performance. Below is a high-level look at what you can expect throughout the week.

OVERVIEW
Arrival + Pre-Camp Prep
Arrive in Clermont, check into your hotel, and get settled before training begins.
Opportunities include:

This is the time to meet coaches, connect with fellow athletes, and get grounded before the week kicks off.
Day 2: Bike Skills + Swim Technique
Day 2 shifts to cycling mechanics, safety, and climbing technique, followed by targeted pool work.
