UTC Itinerary 2020 
Day 1/Wednesday February 26 -
Arrive in Clermont, Florida 12PM - 6PM / 1-on-1 Sessions - This day is for any 1 on 1 video analysis in run or swim, bike fitting, lab testing for VO2 Max, lactate threshold or metabolic efficiency testing, and 1 on 1 coaching consults with Coach Erinne, Dany or Dennis. Please look on the resources page at the bottom for descriptions of these sessions and to set your appointments early. This day fills up quickly so do not delay if you want individual coaching time. - you can also text me - Coach Erinne: 787-586-6057 

3PM - 6PM / Conference Room - Mandatory bike check-in with Coach Dennis – All athletes must check in between 3 - 6 PM for bike approval and set up – every camper requires a quick look at bike set up so that Thursday’s ride we have no mechanical issues and make sure all bikes are in working order. We recommend a bigger cassette on the rear wheel of the bike to be able to handle the climbing terrain in Clermont like a 12/28. This check in allows us to roll out of the hotel Thursday morning with no delays.  Coach Dennis: 786-468-3119 if you have questions. 

6:00 – 7:30 PM Mandatory Orientation - Hotel Conference Room – Pick up swag bags and meet the group. Dinner as a group or on your own. 

Day 2/ Thursday February 27
6:30-7:00 AM Morning Mindset, breath work, yoga and meditation (SAVERS) 
7:00-7:45 AM Breakfast (at Hotel lobby or delivered) 

8:00- 11:00 AM Ride together from hotel to Lake Mineola – Mandatory bike handling skills session for C group, break into groups A, B, C - Hill Training – All coaches and campers – bring cell phone and wear sunscreen. 


11:30-12:30 - Conference Room - Post ride Bike Specific Strength and Stretch   - bring your mats and foam rollers, come right off the bike, do not change your clothes. 

12:30-1:00 Shower - grab food bring to eat in hotel conference room; eat & recover while listening to coach Erinne, wear compression boots, Marc pro, stretch and relax on the floor. 
1:00-2:00 Endurance Nutrition-Metabolic Efficiency, Holistic lifestyle principles & 30 Day Cleanse  Coach Erinne 

2:00-2:30 Marc Pro Demonstration - Tim Desmarais 

2:00-2:45 (Free Time) Sports recovery, Hyper Ice Vibration Therapy; Marc Pro, Air Relax Compression Boots, Essential Oils sampling 

2:45-Meet in hotel lobby to carpool to NTC Pool  

3:00-5:00 @ NTC Swim, swim test, video analysis break into A, B, C Groups by Lane 

5:00-6:00 Swim strength/ stretch on pool deck or back at hotel conference room  

6-7 (Free Time) Sports recovery; Marc Pro, Compression Boots, Essential Oils, Schedule a Massage by Maria Arredondo 

7:00 Meet hotel lobby to carpool for dinner 7:00 PM Dinner reservation at Crooked Spoon Gastropub – Carpool -200 Citrus Tower Blvd, Clermont, FL 34711 
Day 3/ Friday February 28
6:00 AM - Light Breakfast at Hotel or delivered  

6:30 Walk together to NTC Track - bags in the car – bring water bottles, Garmin 

7:00-9:00 Track @ NTC Video Capture, 1 mile run test run form & drills  

9:00-9:30 Snacks and COCO Coconut water  


9:30-10:30 Conference Room - Run Specific Stretch and Strength - barefoot, brings mats and towels 

10:30-11:30 Terrence Thomas   

11:30-12:30 Shower/change, grab lunch & meet back in conference room 

12:30-1:30 NATE LAST; Mental Skills Seminar, bring workbooks and pens 

1:30-2:45 (Free Time) Sports recovery, Hyper Ice Vibration Therapy; Marc Pro, Air Relax compression boots, learn how to use Essential Oils - sampling 

2:45-Meet in Lobby Drive to NTC 

3:00-4:45 Pool; A, B & C Groups - Relay Race – Bring all swim gear 

5:30-6:30 Breathing, meditation, work-in movements from packet & total body foam roller routine WIM HOF Breathing and Ice Bath  

7:00 pm Dinner TBA 

Day 4/ Saturday February 29
6:30-7:30 Meditation, Breath Work, Yoga and Essential Oils 

7:30-8:00 Breakfast 

8:15-1:00 Pedals up - Long Ride – 3 groups 40 - 50+ miles (HILLS) Groups A, B & C - Full Sag Support for this ride, bring water bottles and food to the lobby to put in cooler 

1:00-2:00 Transition run off the bike 


2:00 Lunch conference room group video analysis review Garmin computer set up and Training Peaks questions. 

2:30 -3:30 Video review of swim and run mechanics in group setting, review Garmin computer set up and Training Peaks questions.  

Q and A about training with Full Circle Coaching after camp. 
2:30-4:30 (Free Time) Massages 1-on-1 stretch, coach consults if you made appointment - Epic Bike Store; green juices and hot/cold plunges. Sports recovery, Hyper Ice Vibration Therapy; Marc Pro, Air Relax compression boots, learn how to use Essential Oils - sampling 

5:00-6:30 Healthy happy hour, raffle prizes, give aways and cudos, Q and A surveys, FitVine Wine - How to keep up the momentum, video testimonial. 

6:30 Meet hotel lobby, drive to Thai Blossom 

7:00 Dinner Winter Garden Thai Blossom Reservations 
Day 5/ Sunday March 1
6:30-7:30 - Meditation, Mindset, Yoga and Essential Oils 

7:30-8:00 Breakfast Hotel or Delivered 

8:00- Meet hotel lobby, drive to Lake Mineola 

8:30 - Transition workout, open water swim, bike, run.  

9:30-11:00 Long run on clay trail  


11:30-12:00 Hotel lobby final stretch and recap- Please say goodbye!
