CANCELLATION POLICY

At Ultimate Tri Camp, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, impacting your ability to attend. However, to ensure the best experience for all participants and manage camp resources effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy:

No Refunds on Deposits
All deposits made to secure your spot at Ultimate Tri Camp 2026 are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

No Refunds on Partial Payments or No Refunds on Paid-In-Full (PIF) Registrations
Any partial payments made toward your camp balance are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it is considered final and cannot be refunded under any circumstances. For participants who pay the camp fees in full at the time of registration, these payments are non-refundable.

Transfer Option
If you are unable to attend, we do allow you to transfer your registration to another individual up to 60 days prior to the camp start date. The individual must meet the camp’s eligibility requirements, agree to the terms and conditions and pay in full prior to transfer completion. Please contact us at info@fullcirclecoaching.com to arrange a transfer.

If you are unable to attend UTC 2026, we do allow you to transfer your registration to the following year UTC 2027 for the low fee of $299.

Exceptional Circumstances
In the event of camp cancellation by Ultimate Tri Camp due to extreme circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions), we will assess alternative options, including camp rescheduling or providing credit for a future camp. Refunds will not be issued.

Insurance
We highly recommend that participants consider purchasing travel or event insurance to protect against any unforeseen events that might prevent attendance.

By registering for Ultimate Tri Camp 2026, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
