BIKE:
Bike (road or tri), cycling kit, shoes, rain jacket, helmet, power meter, gloves, bigger cassette size 25-28 (climbing gears) for climbing hills.
RUN:
Shoes, visor, run shorts, leggings or compression type, socks
GENERAL:
Garmin Training Watch
Extra layers of clothing to stay warm (in case the weather is cold)
Sunglasses
Water bottles
Tri Suit
Neck/Ear warmers, full finger gloves, leg & arm warmers (depending on weather)

We also offer shipping and receiving services. This would allow and athlete to ship their bike to us via BikeFlights. We would then receive, assemble, tune, disassemble, and repack for the athlete.
